• Instruct specific grade curriculum, designing and developing lesson plans to meet the academic, intellectual, and social needs of students. • Instruct Social Sciences, Bible and Character Studies, and Spanish Foreign Language Studies• Assess students’ performance through academic achievements, student-teacher conferencing, and peer evaluation while remaining flexible to various learning styles and abilities

• Build and organize impending cases ranging from misdemeanors to major felonies; DUI/DWI, theft, drug offenses, aggravated assault, sex crimes, crimes against children, and homicide. • Research, develop, and compile case discovery.• Liaise with clients, public defenders/prosecuting attorneys, court officials, Arizona Correctional Facilities, mental health officials and supplemental agencies.• Draft all correspondence, legal motions, and proposed plea agreements and appeals.• Design and implement firm advertising projects; Web design and Mass Mailing.
