• Developed reporting and delivery methodology of monthly metrics for 35 employees to support the coaching and development for the department goals• Simplified the annual ICI Spreadsheet process, resulting in the reduction of verification times by 40 hours/process while providing timely and accurate tax reporting data of our clients
