The Work Control Manager is the subject matter expert (SME) and the overall owner of all tasks for the work order management system (MAXIMO). Ensure business responsibilities are conducive to quality customer service, productivity, budgetary alignment and strive for continued process improvements through realignment of business practice in line with best practice. Oversee operational efficiency is achieved by overall management techniques, staff supervision, and coordination of all work order processing activities. Establish and monitor all daily metrics for compliance and completion and provide reporting structures to update through the chain of command the status of all work activities.Principle Accountabilities
