- Planning, sourcing, procurement and coordination of delivery from local and global regions.- Negotiation of purchase agreements, reduce costs and quality control.- Involvement in Purchase requisition to Purchase order processing and order confirmation with the use of ERP. Expediting delivery dates.- Developing cost reduction in bulk buying and initiatives with continuous improvement in work processing.- Communicate and build strong and long-term relationship with vendors.- Management of Supplier Qualification Record and evaluation of new and existing suppliers on regular basis according to ISO procedures/guidelines.- Identification of potential suppliers for direct & indirect product and services.- Work closely with internal stakeholders on project execution to provide clarification and service support to meet tight schedules.

- Coordination of projects with overseas factories and customers.- Work closely with customer’s engineers in application of our pump products.- Provide full documentation and technical support to client.- Expedite delivery schedule.

- Attend to residents’ complaints and bookings.- Liase with contractors for in house rectification/maintenance works.- Supervise a team of security guards and cleaners.- Follow up on site inspection.- Provide administrative support.- Organize residents' festive activities.
