-Daily Voucher Match and all accounts payable function, including issuing 1099s-Maintain accurate lease, fuel, and maintenance records for company fleet vehicles-Ensure LaForce is compliant with all DOT laws and regulations-Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts each month-Assist in the preparation of annual budgets-Maintain records of all Fixed Assets within in the company and calculate depreciation for these assets each month-Reconcile, file, and pay monthly sales and use tax in 33 states-Perform weekly and monthly payroll accounting entries and reconciliations
