I manage a group of experienced Lead and Principal Data Managers that are assigned to multiple studies. I provide both administrative and role specific oversight for my staff and their studies.

I managed Data Management activities for Global Drug Study trials. I coordinated DM functional teams within the CRO while liasing with pharma clients that are completing clinical trials with the goal of obtaining FDA approval and going to market with either a new drug/product, or an enhanced/improved version of an existent drug/product.

Lead interactive team calls (both with client and internal team members); present study updates to executive management team members; Prep bid proposals; Present Bid defenses to perspective clients; Attend and Present training materials at Investigator Meetings with clinical team members, clients, and Investigator site staff; Update monthly budget metrics; Project future monthly budget metrics; Coordinate all Data Management, Programming, and Biostats tasks for study startup, study conduct, and database lock; Oversee database design, edit programming, listing programming, JReview setup, Vendor Import Spec programming, Conversion spec programming, and SAP initiations; Manage external vendors and use of their data; Oversee multiple projects simultaneously; Maintain working knowledge of several Electronic Database Capture systems (Oracle Clinical, OC RDC, DataLabs, etc).
