I assist the patient in any needed personal care services such as bathing, washing and conditioning hair, and brushing teeth. I also assist with bathroom duties, getting dressed, combing and styling hair, lifting, walking, cooking, cleaning, transporting to and from doctor's appointments, medication reminders, or anything else as needed.

I helped to promote whole health healing by personal care including but unlimited to feeding, administering snacks and drinks, showers, bed baths, all personal hygiene, cleaning rooms and changing linens, colostomy, ostomy, catheter, and tracheostomy care. I was responsible for charting of each residents progress for each shift which included weight, inputs and outputs, and activities throughout the day.
