HR Specialist/Payroll- Manage the legal requirements and procedures in Spain and Portugal for hirings, changes in working hours, sick leaves, maternity leaves, dismissals. In short, manage the entire daily HR administrative life cycle of 800 retail employees.- Key point of contact for the retail teams (140 stores) regarding any issues related to day-to-day labour administration and to ensure that District managers, and Store managers are using best practices and correct HR processes in accordance with local labour legislation.- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with retail employees, responding to any HR queries.- Responsible HR administration matters requires by Key Customer (El Corte Ingles). Focus to ensure the correct administration matters in UCAGECI system.- Be responsible for securing all HR processes through the Workday system, ensuring all data is accurate in line with global guidelines.- Responsible for Workday training of Retail employees.- Management of the monthly payroll process, working directly with the external payroll provider for Spain and Portugal. - Give support and manage on HR boarding processes for newcomersStore Managers.- Manage time and attendance software (Kronos) to facilitate employee time tracking. Work in a project in order to develop and implement the integration between the Kronos system and the payroll system.- Manage all Purchase Orders and invoices process for HR Dept. Using SAP and Webcycle system.- Give general support to the HR Director in what refers day a day issues relevant for the business.- HR Administrative for Retail stores staff for Portugal (Key point of contact with external payroll provider, El Corte Ingles and Districts Manager).- Collaborating directly with HR Team in Global projects (Diversity & Inclusion, wellness program, Kronos System).

- Manage the end -to-end selection processes (requirements, publication, search, reporting, etc.) for IT, business, legal and retail profiles.- Conduct meetings with the external client to define requirements of the profiles to be searched for and to design the recruitment plan for the position in accordance with the internal policy.- Implement Talent Attraction and recruitment tools.- Conduct selection interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.Administer labor activities.- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
