Work on all carded play through the database; create and deploy all Direct Mail and Email Campaigns; Work on all systems including Optx, Aristocrat Loyalty, Everi Kiosks and Aristocrat Kiosk System; Create and Review all reporting, analysis and plans moving forward to improve on profitability; Use Sql to pull reporting and complete analysis as well as create all lists for campaigns; Work with Ikasi on Artificial Intelligence to improve our offers based on outside demographics which has increased profitability significantly; Train team members to learn new process and systems; work closely with the Player Development program building them new programs and report to support new objectives; build business plans, budgets and yearly tasks to complete business plan objectives; and meet and review with the Executives on the data analysis and the KPI reports
