My career has been dedicated to the understanding and improvement of application implementation processes. I have performed the following roles and have a complete understanding of the development, implementation and support lifecycles in an agile environment using the PRINCE2 methodology:- Project Manager- Change Management- Business Analyst- Training Manager- Testing Manager- Documentation Specialist- Product Demonstrations- Training Facilitator

I assisted the Commission to implement the Technology One Financials application throughout their Western Australian operations. This included the business analysis, solution design, delivery, training and support until handover at project completion.I moved into the Logging System replacement Project. I was responsible for the business analysis, solution design, training and support throughout the Commissions Western Australian operations.

I was responsible for the management of the Technology One Ci Project which was an upgrade of the environment infrastructure to prepare for the move to the next generation release.

I am currently the Workstream Lead on a Financial Management Information System Project. With my positive attitude, my great interpersonal communication skills, extensive application knowledge and training experience, I am assisting in bringing this project to a successful conclusion.

I commenced at Lansen Consulting as a Senior Functional Consultant but was quickly promoted to the role of Project Manager on multiple projects for the mining and government clientele.
