Responsibilities included: Researching other programs at different venues, planning and implementing new ideas for the Activity Department, presenting plans for the future events, contacting customers when they request group activities, putting together the group activity and hosting the group as well. Also, planning major events such as: Holiday Weekends(4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc), Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair, Concerts, Tree Lighting and Christmas programs, and New Years Eve Party. I also take care of the ordering of prizes for our daily activities, and group activities. Part of my job entales paperwork such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, inventory, Purchase requests, and helping out other associates within the department.

* Handle Customer orders- including questions on layout of office furniture. * Help give quotes on projects they were working on.* Give warranty information* Handle any shipping issues including any damage or lost shipments.* Wide Outside Sales Representative base and I covered approximately 17-20 states with different representative groups.* Work on layouts, designs, projects with Dealers and Representatives to assure that the customers needs were met.* Get with production and other departments on any issues or questions.* Send out samples that customer requested such as Color chips for finish, fabric swatches, or brochures that were requested.* File all orders and projects that were quoted to customers.* Work with the Order Entry Department to insure all our questions were answered. This made sure we were getting what the customer needed and cut down on repair items.* Approve or deny claims for repair or damage from customers.* Follow up on quotes via email or phone conversations to see if I could assist further.* Quote items via email, send official quotes or special requests to our engineering team to get pricing and availablity.

Responsibilities included: Answering incoming phone calls in a timely manner, while maintaining quality sales presentation based on the customers needs. As a inside sales associate we would give information on the product that Jasper Engines and Transmissions was offering for the specific vehicle or boat that was being called about. I would get all information such as year, make, model, VIN number or other information the customer could give and then input that into the system and give accurate pricing, warranty information or other details that would help the customer's needs. The sales position also required that we knew how production was done in the facility but also we needed to be able to give them the information on when and how this would be delivered. Adding notes for our transportation department or branches where the unit would be delivered to. Also, I would follow up with customers who inquired on purchasing units, but had not ordered those as of yet. Building strong relationships with the other inside sales team members, other departments, as well as building my customer base.
