Manage and Supervise staff to initiate and coordinate emergency crew requests with Potelco Operations and update client outage management system. Communication with Foreman or Potelco Operations for obstacles, start sops, and other job specific information. Administer and schedule Vactor Truck requests for InfraSource, Potelco, and emergency response.
