Self-motivated, dependable individual with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, a technical degree in administrative assistance, and a diploma in accounting. Two years and a half of experience as an administrative assistant/call center agent focused and diligent in completing tasks on time, customer service, negotiation skills, administration, office procedures, data entry, accounting transactions using QuickBooks and sage 50, and coordinating the general activities of the office, I have been directly involved in management and execution of big and small projects in the Environmental Engineering field, such as, water sampling and laboratory analysis, operating equipment for air quality testing and analyzing results based on acceptable Colombian parameters and regulations, writting reports on wastewater treatment for private companies and doing environmental engineering consulting. I am currently working with the Canada Revenue Agency.
