Collaborated with Department Dean to review updates in curriculum, program goals, and available technology. Act as instructional coordinator of the program curriculum. Served as a liaison between the dean and other department faculty and staff. Assisted the Dean in yearly budget concerns, college-wide initiatives, summarizing data on graduation and retention rates, and managing the arts and sciences board members. Developed and instructed courses in both psychology and sociology in all facets of learning (classroom, online, hybrid, CCP, adult accelerated programs). Managed the hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of all adjunct faculty for the Arts and Sciences Department. Managed the scheduling of over 120 courses each semester. Assisted with leading collegewide programs. Developed and implemented presentations over college initiatives. Advised a case load of assigned traditional, non-traditional and CCP students.
