-Effectively manage, control and oversee the credit union’s lending program, loan servicing and collection functions. Manage vendors and CUSO partners that serve loan operation functions.-Lead and manage staff and oversee the member experience pertaining to all loan originations, underwriting, servicing and collections. -Ensure lending policies and procedures best serve the credit union and its members.-Process and fund residential investment real estate transactions. Work with outside counsel and title companies.-Participate in the collateral securing process and exception tracking, including titling and UCC filings.-Assist staff and members in loan servicing needs. Communicate via email, phone, mail and in person.-Oversee entire process and servicing of all types of credit offered, including consumer, business, real estate, residential construction and credit cards.

-Review syndicated, attorney prepared and internally prepared commercial loan agreements, amendments, etc. to identify financial reporting and covenant compliance requirements.-Interpret financial reporting requirement and build ticklers in ETRAC to monitor receipt of all financial statements submitted by customers.-Interpret financial and negative covenants and, utilizing Excel, build compliance certificates for customer reporting.-Monitor daily work volumes to ensure service levels are maintained.-Support other team members to meet overall department efficiency and productivity goals.

-Prepare, process and review loan documents internally and with outside counsel.-Book and fund loans, process draw requests and post payments to Horizon bank system.-Daily reconciliation of multiple general ledger accounts related to loans and review daily reports.-Handle and respond to customer informational requests as well as maintain customer records.-Stay up to date with financial ticklers, borrowing base, insurance exception and paid property taxes.
