Social Media Manager: I developed and implemented company’s social media platform and strategy for Twitter and Facebook, managing social media campaigns, advertising, interaction, and related customer service requests. Utilized Sprout Social, TweetDeck, and HootSuite. Project Development and Management: I created and managed the Crossway Blog Review Program to increase retailer reviews of company products. Working with our web team, I developed a digital interface to expand program to international reviewers while minimizing employee processing and shipping time and costs. I also developed and managed the company’s influencer program to enhance communication effectiveness with key influencers in the industry and managed Crossway's book endorsement process. Marketing: I worked with team to develop strong marketing plans for 70+ books and Bibles per year. I managed marketing and communication efforts for campaigns, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

I developed strong relationships with media and key industry contacts, crafted customized press materials and newsletters, and identified ways to maximize impact of print, broadcast, and online media for targeted publicity campaigns.
