As a long-time lover of all things design, I began my journey humbly renovating many of my own homes in Australia and abroad. Prior to settling into interior design, I created intimate, special moments for couples on their wedding day. Graduating from assistant to senior interior designer, I took on a more senior role to support the principal interior designer in planning the interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces for our client base. My role included conducting client consultations to determine project scope of work, space planning, layout, design aesthetic, colour schemes and FF&E specification. Presentation of design concepts in various, media including hand rendering and InDesign. I studied at Mercer School of Design to up-skill and enhance my on-the-job experience.

A new career direction in this role as a Interior Design Assistant At Rylo Interiors. Pulling from my experience as an event organiser I transferred these skills to build trusted relationships with clients while working closely to plan and execute interior design goals. Responsible for sourcing of product, coordination and installation of selected furniture and decor that represented the design firms classic contemporary style. Studying simultaneously at ISCD to compliment and strengthen my on the job learnings.

Key skills involved maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders from suppliers, internal clients, sponsors and attendees. Coordination, scheduling and responsibility of entire event from concept, completion and financial aquittal.
