-Oversee development, resources, implementation and delivery of programs, events and services of US Youth Soccer. -Collaborate daily with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and other internal Directors to carry out the mission and vision of the association while maintaining a long-term growth mindset.-Worked with member organizations to achieve adoption, alignment and implementation of goals and standards within member programming and events nationwide.-Responsible for development, oversight and reconciliation of budgets for all programs and services.-Facilitate, manage and maintain all vendor contracts associated with US Youth Soccer.-Direct the long term strategic initiatives and day-to-day administrative activities associated with the operations and events department.-Ensure seamless integration of US Youth soccer events regionally and nationally.-Direct all aspects of the association's annual workshop which include: labor services contracting, hotels, transportation, audio visual services, awards banquet production services, meal and social functions, clinicians, management services and the leadership development symposium.-Lead, develop and foster a positive and success-orientated environment for a team of nine full-time employees and eleven part-time employees; 300 part-time employees seasonally.-Serve as staff liaison to the National Championships Committee, National Presidents Cup Committee, Soccer Across America Committee, and the Girls and Boys Olympic Development Program Committees.-Strategically executed a partnership agreement between US Youth Soccer and Soccer Shots.-Created the US Youth Soccer Futsal Championship Series.-Provide leadership, support and oversight of the operations and event management of US Youth Soccer's regional subdivisions .

-Accountable for all business operations of the Nevada Youth Soccer Association including budget, staff, competitive and recreational programming, referees, membership services, promotions and sponsorships, compliance and insurance.-Created new revenue streams through the formation of the Las Vegas Thanksgiving Classic soccer tournament and the Nevada Jr Cup tournament; resulting in a 90% increase in revenue.-Extensive national and international travel experience interacting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.-Grew and maintained relationships with other state associations, Region IV soccer, US Youth Soccer, US Soccer Federation, Clark County, city of Las Vegas, NV and city of Henderson, NV.-Initiated and hosted the first United States Soccer Federation "C" coaching license course and guided all USSF coaching education for the state of Nevada.-Developed and monitored all social media related to the Nevada Youth Soccer Association; including websites and Facebook pages.-Coordinated scheduling and field and facility use with the city of Las Vegas, Clark County and the city of Henderson.
