As the Regional Manager for the Cheetah Gyms, Ms. Frank is a proven leader in the health and fitness industry with 15 years experience developing and improving sales and operations.In 1998 Ms. Frank's career began in the Fitness Industry at SportsMed Center for Fitness as a key member of the personal training and management team. From there she trained professionals and high school athletes in a private facility with Frappier Acceleration for five years while pursuing a path in personal training. This path would turn in 2001 when she was hired at Cheetah Gyms, Inc. as the Assistant General Manager and continued in an operations capacity for the next 10 years receiving promotions to General Manager and then Regional Manager. Ms. Frank was an integral part of the gym’s expansion to 3 gyms, and currently leads efforts to open the chain’s fourth gym. She oversees 200 employees and manages all locations.Ms. Frank's operational acumen was instrumental in leading an ownership transition with MB Financial in restructuring the gym during receivership in 2007. She was able to provide crisis management, secure stable membership, protect the brand and facilitate the process. Ms. Frank continues to expand her professional networks and knowledge of the industry though annual attendance at the International Health and Racquet Ball Sports Association (IHRSA) and Club Industry conferences. She has extensive personal and professional relationships with fitness manufacturers, equipment Companies and other vendors. Ms. Frank is deeply committed to local community efforts and volunteers her services and fundraising efforts for TPAN (Test Positive Awareness Network) and the Howard Brown Health Center. She has also been an integral part of working on behalf of Friends of Harry Osterman for Chicago’s 48th Ward.
