Responsible for performing multiple editorial reviews of company content in multiple environments, ensuring the grammatical and style accuracy of content before it is available to clients. Other responsibilities include understanding and adhering to various client-specified editorial styles in addition to the company house style. I also function as a resource for Instructional Designers and other members of the development team during production of a course and facilitate improvement of the overall process and product.

Responsibilities included compiling departmental weekly report and monthly business review; preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer use; collecting marketing data and incorporating it into easily utilized reports; creating informative and detailed memos and monthly departmental calendar; maintaining and logging departmental files and records, and handling routine business matters with other departments.
