Working remotely at Concentrix I was a Settlement Specialist for the Volkswagen / Audi buyback program for the affected TDI vehicles involved in the class action brought on by the EPA. I processed the vehicle and turned over to the dealership then processed the correct paperwork and emailed and mailed it to Concentrix so that the customer received their payment in a timely fashion.
