Reporting to Senior Vice President of Exploration and Technical Services and Director of Resource & Mine Geology, accountable for:* Mineral resource and reserve estimation, review, reporting and best practices.* Producing and reviewing resource and reserve statements for market disclosures and LOM consolidation including board presentations and NI 43-101 reports.* Corporate oversight of Business Units (BUs) in Canada, Peru and the USA of MRMR estimates, short-term resource models and reserves to mill reconciliations.* Support the Corporate Development team to identify and assess M&A opportunities and resource evaluation aspects of due diligence on the selected assets.* Integrate geological data to build 3D block models for diverse commodities from advanced exploration projects to mining operations.* Audit and report on operations compliance with companies' data procedures and standards.* Ensure high levels of governance of database protocol and industry best practices.* Identify risks and opportunities in assigned projects and coordinate geological due diligence.

* Training of geologists and technicians in the use of databases and GIS systems.* Generation of exploration targets.* Management of geological databases.* Generation, compilation and analysis of GIS products.* Implementation of best practice QAQC protocols.* Liaison with geochemical laboratories.

* Management of geological data generated in Central and South American High Sulphidation Au projects.* Implementation of QAQC programs.* Support VP of exploration with the preparation of presentations to investors and stakeholders.* Generation of exploration targets.* Monitor activities of comparable companies and evaluation of business opportunities.

* Development of property and database management systems.* Administration of geological databases.* Liaison with laboratories.* Implementation of QAQC programs.* Management of client's project data ensuring that all data was collected and stored following best industry practices.* Support to Senior Resource Geologist with ongoing projects.* Generation of exploration targets based on available data.
