Worked with C-suite executives to capture dashboard design and reporting requirements. Developed the reporting strategy and configured the supporting third-party applications (SmartSheet and Tableau) for housing the key milestones and cross-functional dependencies related to the transition. Developed training approach and materials, including a detailed manual and a “quick start” guide. Facilitated the data capture and loading of 20+ functional plans.• Assisted with finalizing a computer modernization project request for proposal (RFP) for the State of Colorado Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation; helped evaluate vendor proposals, including developing a rubric for the team.
