Partnered with Hiring Managers across the organization to develop recruitment plans, build talent pools and hire talent. I learned so much and had a lot of fun finding Repliconians for product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and more. I was the first point of contact for many of our new employees and their introduction to Replicon. I helped set them up for success in their new role by giving them product and process training, and ensured they had a smooth orientation/onboarding to our company.

I missed the salon industry, so I took on this role to help expand from one location to two in Calgary. During this time I also helped to create employee manuals for onboarding, training, and performance/service expectations. I helped ensure that both locations were growing in their service and product revenue by organizing trainings, a mentoring program and good old fashion competition!
