The heart of my work and the most gratifying aspect of my career for the past 25 years have been serving people’s growth, creativity and success. People and the context in which my work has been accomplished have varied, but the core of who I am and what I love has been consistent: cultivating personal growth, cultural group development and clear, open communication. I am a collaborative creator of transformational programs, events, trainings and projects. I have successfully lead recruiting and training initiatives of staff, clients and volunteers; have managed short and long term educational programs; have coached countless small groups and individuals towards greater personal and group efficacy, and thrive in creating clarity and order out of ambiguous turmoil.
