Co-Ministry Lead responsible for managing Celebrate Recovery Ministry at Harvest Church. Minister to 70-100 people per week, providing a biblically-based 12-step recovery program to assist people in overcoming their hurts, habits and hang-ups, and compulsive behaviors.Manage 12-15 small group leaders. Schedule and coordinate activities for weekly meetings, which includes preparing speakers for teaching and testimony presentations. Manage operating budget for ministry. Recruit and interview new leadership candidates. Serve as the main contact for the ministry with the church staff. Prepare and lead monthly leadership training meetings for Celebrate Recovery leaders and volunteers.
