I managed a national team of Credit Support Specialists. I collaborated with colleagues from several lines of business to develop this position before the team was created. The development consisted of writing procedures and processes to determining the number of staff needed to perform the job function. We initiated time studies for our group, which helped in our creation of Score Cards for the team. The project group, including myself, was then tasked to work with the IT team to create a core system that would be utilized by the team and partners to perform daily functions and monitor work flow. I worked with internal partners to verify that our team met the timelines required for our external customers as well as internal customers.

I managed a team of Credit Support Coordinators in Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. In this role, I verified the team was meeting their timelines in an effective and efficient manner. I identified inefficiencies and made recommendations for process improvements. The management also had to do quality checks on the teams daily work activities to verify accuracy.

Dayton And Cincinnati Ohio

I acted as a liaison between bankers, underwriters, internal and external counsel. I ordered loan documentation from appropriate vendors as well as reviewed to verify the documents aligned with the credit approval package. Upon receipt of executed documents, our team was responsible to work with the funding group to get the funds issued to client. I assisted the customer and the bankers with issuance of Letters of Credit issuances.
