Contact customers about their current orders and make modifications due to back order and out of stock issues.Answer inbound and make outbound calls and place new orders, make changes to orders, place incident orders for customers that receive damaged or incorrect items. Assist customers through the chat line and also facebook.Answer emails, file claims, issue refunds, create labels ect. Train new hires and assist help existing reps with any questions or concerns.Good time management, Strong active listening skills, Good communication skills, Grasps conceps quickly and has great follow through skills.
