Manager -Global Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing
CurrentTranslates brand messaging, product assortment and marketing plan into a Global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with business objectives in direct and wholesale channels to support and enhance the in-store customer experience. • Defines global display standards, product presentation strategies and product adjacencies• Creates communication to include; guidelines, directives, and toolkits that support instore visual merchandising, event activations, and shop in shops• Collaborates with design team on window campaigns, marketing assets and merchandising to support presentation strategies and new product launches• Maintains strong relations with cross-functional teams, which includes Product, Packaging, Industrial Design, CMF, Demand Planning, Brand Marketing, Account Teams and Field Visual Management to effect change and growth initiatives• Manages 3D render process that is utilized to determine how future innovation presents in store environments• Develops floorplan strategy for new retail locations to maximize consistent brand messaging and support 360 marketing campaigns• Partners with Design to ensure all renovations and new store projects consider global visual merchandising standards and brand consistency creating an aesthetically pleasing and customer-centric environment• Oversaw six new store openings to ensure successful implementation of fixture package, marketing assets, product merchandising and window displays within established timeline• Proactively manages multiple projects across multiple channels simultaneously from inception to completion
