I’ve been working with children from underprivileged backgrounds since 2008. Early in the day, I realized there while many such children had access to education until their higher secondary, they were largely left to fend for themselves after that point. This resulted, and still results, in a significant number of dropouts as well as students with good scores unsure of what career path to follow or how. Since 2014, our organization has helped scores of students choose career paths based on their interests and aptitude. It gives me immense joy each time a student linked to our organization finds employment of choice, and I continue to know of every such instance personally. The only way I know how to do what I do best is by leading from the front, and I remain steadfast in my belief that we can make a better world, even if it’s through one student at a time. For what it’s worth, we also focus on creating well-rounded individuals who respect life and nature in their entirety.
