Currently, employed as an Assistant Executive in the research and production department at KF Bio plants, a leading biotechnology company, a joint venture of Kumar group and Florist de Kwakel b.v., Holland. Within this role, I am tasked with guiding a team in conducting various trials to elevate the quality of in-vitro cultivation of plants. As a team, we are working to improve the quality of in-vitro cultivation of both ornamental and medicinal crops by conducting several trials and keeping international clients informed of our progress. I have gained proven success in leadership ability and organizational skills say, valuable time management skills and teamwork experience, which I believe are essential to succeed in a research environment. Throughout my career and educational experience, I have honed strong research abilities, scientific writing proficiency, and hands-on lab experience with extensive knowledge of laboratory instruments and protocols. Prior to this role, I committed to a six-month project agreement with a plant tissue culture start-up company, where I contributed to the commercialization of several ornamental crops. Additionally, I worked as a Junior Research Fellow at Center for Incubation, Innovation, Research & Consultancy, where I gained in-depth knowledge of various molecular techniques, such as blotting, electrophoresis, cell culturing, and PCR techniques. I actively contributed to multidisciplinary research projects, such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, and cytotoxicity studies, and published a few book chapters and research articles in high-impact journals. Overall, my experience has equipped me with proficiency, particularly in plant microbiology and in-vitro tissue culturing.
