I have over 10 years of management experience at Sports Authority, during which my main objective was to develop people to improve the business. I rehabilitated several under-performing business units by using reports analysis, employee/employer feedback, and direct observation to develop staffing and training plans that are realistic and achievable. I implemented this change process in five locations across the Bay Area as well as helping launch several other units from the ground up.
