In my role as a Research Assistant at Hong Kong Baptist University, I developed a practical framework for assessing the scalability of Layer 2 blockchain approaches. By building a minimalistic layer 1 blockchain network using Hyperledger Fabric, I was able to implement various Layer 2 scaling solutions like zk-rollups and Plasma. This practical implementation highlighted the real-world pros and cons of these methods, serving as both an insightful evaluation and a learning resource for those interested in Layer 2 scaling solutions.

Authored and implemented the radarbase back-end system of Cash Radar for robust real-time analysis of voluminous historical financial datasets, providing deep insights into Industry, Sector, and Stock trends in both Chinese and American markets.The Cash Radar tool analyses and compiles data based on fundamental and technical factors, historical financial information, market signals, and trading statistics to identify appropriate stocks for a portfolio inclusion.This platform was recognized with the Gold award in the WealthTech category at the FinTech and Innovation Awards 2022/2023 by the esteemed Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA).
