Visual Merchandising• Plan and execute branding & product new launches point of sale and campaign POSM including visuals & planogram and any other required merchandise display• Communicate and coordinate in cross-departmental and regional resource scheduling and cooperation,including deliverable• Assist to plan and execute roadshows and external events• Design, develop and source display VM tools from ChinaStore Construction• Understand HQ global retail store design aspects (ie:colour, lighting, materials and finishes, detailing fixtures and maintaining VM guideline consistency)• Liaise with Main Contractor and HQ to ensure that all the quality of works are carried out in accordance to approved by HQ and deadline is met.

Merchandising•Coordinate on product issues and concerns from the products.•Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc•Analyses weekly & monthly sales report to strategize to boost the sales achievement•Manage and monitor sell-through and inventory levels.•Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelvesand inventory.•Handle purchase orders from oversea suppliers.•Execute marketing promotions, campaigns and launchesto support sales activities.•Ensure stores in-line with VM Standards and presentationreflects the brand value proposition.Marcom•Assist in the management of social media platform.•Track and follow-up communications to VIP's.•Liaise and work closely with the mall to ensure successfulexecution of events and communication.•Create and design marketing materials for print anddigital collateral using graphic design software.•Produce layout plans / display materials / POP to set uppop up events.•Produce photographs for marketing and advertising materials.

• Handling of 17 stores : KL region -KLCC ,Shoes Gallery Avenue K ,Shoe Gallery FH88.Shoe Gallery Da Men & South Malaysia 7 stores and North Malaysia 6 stores.• Ensure stores in-line with VM Standards and presentation reflects the brand value proposition.• Update visual merchandising presentations and implement visual merchandising inventories to enhance store ambience and appearance.• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Division in terms of concept and designing of all Advertising & Promotion to collaborate VM communications.• Handling all Campaign VM Rollouts (Thematic , Seasonal and Promotion).• Lead and communicate in-store VM's focusing on execution ,high level attention to detail and ensuring all VM Inventories provided are fully used and practice at store level.• Constant research of current trends from WGSN.• Responsible update for all handling stores VM Standards to ensure presentable and follow by VM Guidelines and VM Guidebook.• Participate and assist to organize in-store events.• Responsible for store cleanliness and functionality of all signage , light and equipment.
