Organization of the New Intellectuals Conference in Prague 2022, a 5-day conference with 105 participants from over 20 countries, with more than 15 sessions and interactive activities throughout the week.Managed the scholarship application and selection process, being the point of contact with the 60+ selected students and arranging the travel and accommodation for all the conference participants.

- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of the think tank’s formative programs in several countries, training and guiding local teams of 3-4 (in Israel, Peru, Turkey, etc.), - Liaise with the Marketing team on the promotion campaigns, track and assess the KPIs, review and write reports.- Analyzed and evaluated all the existing students’ feedback up to date, influencing improvements in the program. - Organize ARCE’s top annual events in collaboration with the rest of the team, such as the Belgrade Meetup in August 2021 (with +100 attendees).- Focused on the expansion of the program to another 5-10 countries in South America throughout 2022.

Coordinating the execution of the John Galt School in Serbia: an educational one-semester program for young individuals, where the subjects important and relevant for a society, such as philosophy, politics, economics, art, and others are looked at from the Objectivist point of view, through discussions, workshops, book clubs, and movie nights.
