Account Manager for 50 Farms (accounts) based in the South West of the UK. Working directly under the two Directors of the business the responsibilities currently include:• Daily communication with accounts to ensure labour on farms is supplied in accordance with customer needs & weather disruptions.• Managing and overseeing the recruitment of all seasonal workers in Kenya to come work in the UK, including overseas travel to deliver presentations & recruit in person.

• Monitoring, reporting and presenting customer data including KPI’s, shelf-life data and CPMU’s • Leading all NPD packaging trials.• Creating commercial weekly retail benchmarking report that highlights any key price changes or promotions that are in the stores across major retailers for all berry types. • Generating weekly reports on the performance of individual growers and suppliers in order to be able to trace any complaints to source in order to mitigate any further issues. • Researching post-harvest technologies that will aid in extending the shelf-life of imported berries.
