As part of the Industrial Engineering group at Stantec I have been exposed to a variety of projects and project roles. To date my experiences have predominately been focused on HVAC, process design, and feasibility studies. During this time I was also working with the Oil & Gas team as junior support for larger projects, such as refinery expansions and process upgrades. My roles have varied from junior support to project coordinator and continue to expand as my exposure increases.

As part of the Environmental Sciences group in Stantec's Dartmouth office I was involved in a variety of roles from field testing of industrial air emission sources to advising clients of environmental regulations specific to their projects. I contributed heavily to the group with my statistical analysis and computer modelling abilities, adding another perspective and potentially additional strength to key issues in reports. Received Business Development Bank of Canada Youth Entrepreneurship Award based on such plan 8 months later for recognition of accelerated loan repayment and business success
