Acting as authorised pharmacist - aseptically verifying technical services worksheet, final release of in-house made items or prepackaged SACTs, maintenance of related SOPs regarding the chemocare and technical services procedures, providing specialist advice to fellow members of pharmacy staff3. Ward Pharmacy Services - medicines reconciliation, stock management of medications on wards, answering queries from other healthcare professionals, clinical screening of inpatient drugs chart (which includes therapeutic dose monitoring, dose adjustments in renal impairment, antibiotic stewardship etc.), and medicines optimisation in various specialties such as surgery and acute care4. Weekend Duties - screening of inpatient medication and discharge requests, dispensary duties

Ward Pharmacy Services - medicines reconciliation, stock management of medications on wards, answering queries from other healthcare professionals, clinical screening of inpatient drugs chart (which includes therapeutic dose monitoring, dose adjustments in renal impairment, antibiotic stewardship etc.), and medicines optimisation in various specialties such as surgery, geriatrics, acute care and community services3. On-call and Weekend Duties - screening of inpatient medication requests, answering phone queries from patient, dispensary duties4. Secondment to MYCARE cutover at North Devon District Hospital - volunteered secondment in assisting the transition from paper drug chart to EPIC electronic prescribing system

Cancer Services - providing advice for fellow ward pharmacists regarding ongoing oncology/haematology treatment of inpatient, ward cover for oncology ward, attendance of haematology ward round6. Secondment to Nightingale Hospital Exeter (NHE) - volunteered secondment to NHE as a part of the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic7. Secondment to MYCARE cutover at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford) - volunteered secondment in assisting the transition from paper drug chart to EPIC electronic prescribing system
