Streamline processes so that several reports using the same data, were streamlined to reduce the number of overall reports while taking existing reports and have them work more effectively and reliably through improving Excel formulas to make updating reports both more accurate and less manual intensive.Update, on a weekly basis dashboards and reports that track Key Performance Indices (KPI's) that go directly to department managers, COO, VP of Sales, VP of Finance, CFO and the CEO.Head the monthly Sales Forecasting process so we can have a view of where we plan to end up from a bookings and revenue standpoint for the quarter.Create Salesforce reporting to analyze Pipeline accuracy as well as Booked to Run numbers.Assist in maintaining and updating the Financial Model that provides forecast, budget, and actual information which ultimately get reported to the Board of Directors. This is also used internally in conjunction with the KPI reports to gauge our progress towards management goals.
