I was Creatability's architectural team leader following successive promotions where I acted as the trouble shooter for the largest assignments while managing the teams day to day projects. I engaged with the architects, consultants, contractors, planning and building control, external suppliers and clients to help maintain projects in terms of detailed design and delivery. Working as part of a fast-paced design and build construction company specialising in the leisure environment (the MD sat on UKactive’s Supplier’s Council), but encompassing the corporate and education sectors. Focusing primarily on refurbishment and conversion, with an element of new build and large extension works. Ranging from more modest redevelopments £125k up to £5m multi phased redevelopment and extension projects. I am particularly proud of my part in delivering the Seven Oaks Leisure centre redevelopment which increased the foot fall by 400% following the works. Working in conjunction with my fellow department heads to streamline the delivery process, and the training program I put in place to assist myself, my team and other colleagues to gain further industry knowledge through a combination of in house training, CPD seminars and conventional training.

Driven by noted Architect Hedley Greentree the practice focused on Master-planning specialising in new resort developments worldwide, with studies ranging through Croatia, the Caribbean to the Ukraine.I was Hedley's appointed associate working closely together to develop these schemes from outline sketches to feasibility CAD designs of the site, and feature developments. Working with teams of international consultants, to maximise the opportunities presented to the Client. In addition to these core works, several domestic 'live' residential projects were undertaken, mostly UK based, from concept design through to completion.

Respected traditional architects practice focusing on small supermarkets, Listed Buildings & Historic Monuments (Alterations &restorations), Residential (New Build, small developments and extensions), Schools (New Build & Refurbishment) and Church repairs and extensions. I was fortunate enough to work in all of these areas during my tenure, working on surveys, preconstruction packages, planning drawings and submissions through building regulation and working drawing packages to completion.
