About Angus Hutton-Mckenzie
I am a Senior Lecturer in Robotics Engineering, leading on various modules. I am also the Undergraduate Projects Tutor for Engineering and the Academic Quality Assurance Data and Compliance Lead for the School of Physics, Engineering, and Computer Science (SPECS). I have, and teach, expertise in project management, with focus on sustainable development of technologies and teamwork; also, more broadly, design, fabrication, and integration of electronic devices. In addition to this, I also work and teach in microcontroller firmware development, Graphic User Interface applications development, and SQL database/web service development. I have also provided consultancy for process automation and data management, using Microsoft Power Automate.Currently, I apply my expertise across programmes for Electronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, and Automotive Engineering, both at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.I have worked and continue to work with companies to apply my expertise, and leverage the capabilities of the University, to support their next stage of technological strategy.
