• Monitor the work process and installation program according to housing authority speci-fications.• Testing and commissioning the electrical services including Main Switchboard based on the housing authority procedure.• According the rule of housing authority to comment the drawing and installation from main contractor and subcontractors• Attend the site meetings to monitor the work of the contractor and find out the improve-ment to increase the work efficiency.• Monitor the Sewage Pump Station Installation and take photo records in different stages of the installation. • T&C process arrangement,• Report the site status and installation to my boss timely and attend the interior meeting to review our work.

• Site visit and design the building services system to Kowloon District government facili-ties according to barrier free access (BFA) 2008 design Manual• Site Management and Control over 20 small scales project simultaneously, including indoor stadium, public toilet, Community Halls and police station. • Attend meetings with different government councils, such as the representatives of dis-trict council, police station and Leisure and Cultural Services Department to complete the “BFA” project in those facilities.• Schedule the work program and promote the BFA importance to all citizens before start-ing the work. • Provide the technical suggestion and concern the clients’ circumstance when proceeding the work. • Allocate sufficient manpower to different sites and proceed the BFA installation at the same time.• Prepare Reports to record the status of different site conditions and pass it to all clients and Arch services department staff. • Arrange Testing and Commissioning work and prepare the handover to the end users

• To design and proceed HVAC systems to two residential projects. • Chiller System, VRV system, Split type, heat exchanger system are involved in those construction projects.• Provide different layout drawing, elevation & section drawing with AutoCAD • Prepare relevant documents and support to help the colleagues for the meeting.• Attend the site’s meeting to understand the site work operation.• To supervise the work progress and monitor the work installation. • To assist Safety officer to provide the safety environment and tools for the worker to proceed the installation smoothly • Manage the workers safety and provide briefing for workers before installation• Report the site installation progress to Main Contractor and my boss
