UKDP are specialists in managing insurance claims and repair works to resolve septic tank problems, soakaway problems and sewage treatment plant problems. We are authorised and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for claims handling and have so far helped resolve drainage problems affecting more than 3,000 properties.

I was the “front of house” liaison for the customer, contractors and insurance loss adjusters alike. I was responsible for managing each claim in my region. This included compiling a detailed report of the existing drainage system and creating a plan for the replacement system, as well as managing customer expectations, whilst providing the relevant insurance claim details to all parties involved.I was also at the head of UKDP’s social media marketing campaign. I created numerous informative videos for them to promote the business and explain what they do.
