Employed by Accenture and working on a sales driven project with Pinterest, I held the role as an SMB Direct Account Manager. Throughout the course of my time on the project, I was tasked with driving the highest level of performance (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM) for my 130 accounts so that advertisers could justify allocating more resources to Pinterest. Over the 3 Quarters I was involved on the project, I lead the SMB Direct AM Pod with the highest same store growth (recorded 68% SSG in Q3) and drove my baseline from $68k to over $400k. I developed a high level of knowledge in both the product and attribution aspects of digital marketing, and spent my final quarter educating our new employees as much as possible about these topics.
