- Executed monthly sales motions and training across our team of seven regional managers including Account Prioritization, high-level insights Carbon Benchmark Assessments, Carbon-Insetting platforms, and Certification Training (Regen Agri, BCI, myBMP).- Creation of monthly content for FibreTrace Resource Center, collaborating with industry partners including Lucky Core Industries (Recycled Fibre Q&A), Namoi Wathagar (Virtual Gin Tour), Bro’s/ChainTex (Virtual Spinner Tour).- Partner Manager for APAC/USA Accounts across both GEC & FibreTrace.- Development of RFP relevant documentation such as Ginning and FibreTrace Scanner Guidance.- Responsible for FibreTrace relevant Industry Awards (e.g. TIME Magazine - Best Inventions 2023, Finalist).- Responsible for organising and managing industry-specific events including Export Council of Australia Super Exchange and Australian Cotton Sourcing Seminar.

- Managed Siphon Irrigation for approximately 1700 hectares (across Wathagar, Keytah & Cudgidool) of contracted irrigation work at Sundown Pastoral Co., the largest privately-owned agricultural operation in Australia.- Led a culturally diverse team of 10 individuals during the intensive 6-month cotton season.- Operated under demanding conditions, working 18-24 hours a day on a 10-day cycle (eight days on, two days off).

Employed by Accenture and working on a sales driven project with Pinterest, I held the role as an SMB Direct Account Manager. Throughout the course of my time on the project, I was tasked with driving the highest level of performance (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM) for my 130 accounts so that advertisers could justify allocating more resources to Pinterest. Over the 3 Quarters I was involved on the project, I lead the SMB Direct AM Pod with the highest same store growth (recorded 68% SSG in Q3) and drove my baseline from $68k to over $400k. I developed a high level of knowledge in both the product and attribution aspects of digital marketing, and spent my final quarter educating our new employees as much as possible about these topics.
