I was responsible for the provision of deliverables i.e., Construction Phase Plan, Emergency Response Plan and RAMS for HS2 (Phase 2A) The role involved management of ground investigation works, including daily activity briefings and liaising with HS2, Principle Designer, and Principal Contractor. For non HS2 projects I was the Project Co-Ordinator/Project Manager responsible for managing the ground investigation works necessary to provide both geotechnical and geo-environmental information to enable safe and cost-effective design and construction and reuse of existing deep inner-city foundations.
