As an employed, full time student at Appalachian State University, I strive to maintain a strong work ethic and to be able to balance my work life with school and other activities that help me to become better. I try to keep up good relations with my peers as I believe it is good to be able to promote teamwork in all aspects of like. In my time working, I have gained experience working for small business, corporate business, customer service, and basic operations. These experiences have shaped me to become a more reliable employee and a better student. Aside from my professional experience, my education has provided a layout for a future in business. Studying in classes that are tailored to my major to teach me of international trade, I have learned much about the inner workings of a large-scale business. I have been introduced to managing finances, supply chain, and trade which has given me the proper knowledge I believe to compete in today’s work force.
