Reporting to the CEO of the Bank, I was accountable for two portfolios:1. The Alliance Banking division (credit and debit cards to retail partners; and electronic payment services to mid-size corporates)2. Support Services (primarily the IT support function)

Accountable for the portfolio of retail financial products provided by FNB to Vodacom's contract customers

Responsible for the development of the contact centre strategy for FNB, and its execution through the resources of the FNB Contact Centres team (~800 people) and the wider FNB group contact centres
