I started in technical pre-sales in the mid-eighties, supporting sales with emerging technologies and installing those technologies into enterprises. After moving to a large rapidly growing IT Services Organisation I was soon involved in the emerging eCommerce solutions of the time. In the early 1990s, I realised the concept of a very successful eCommerce solution to assist customers in procuring products and services. This was to be the beginning of Biomni. In over 20 years Biomni we have worked on more than 1,000 deployments globally in more than 100 countries. Our latest exciting solution is Tenjin, a virtual assistant combining AI with crowdsourcing to make business knowledge easy to access, always current and relevant to its intended audience. We are now embracing the exciting Large Language Models into our solution in a way that our customers can feel confident that it is used in a safe and controlled manner.
