RHoK was originally started as a global initiative in 2009 by Google, NASA, the World Bank, Hewlett-Packard and Yahoo. We've been running in Australia since 2011. RHoK events now take place in four locations across the country. We have one of the most vibrant and engaged RHoK communities in the world, and are Australia's largest and longest running hackathon for social good. We also offer ongoing support during the year to make sure that solutions are deployed and used by the wider community.Random Hacks of Kindness (RHoK) Australia is a global community of technologists and changemakers who are 'hacking for good'.
