As a Certified Salesforce Admin, I’m passionate about helping my customers find new ways to leverage features and functionality within the platform to achieve their goals more efficiently. While I am currently involved in the Salesforce space, I have always been very customer-centric in all the work that I do and am always excited to learn new things. I have previously worked in the health care industry and achieved a Bachelor of Nursing Science. I’ve also worked in Disability Care sector for over 3 years. Primarily working in Customer facing roles for the majority of my working life and worked in team settings as well as autonomously, (positions such as: Dominos customer service and delivery driver, Kilcoy Pastoral forklift driver, Bakers Apprentice and Barista for Zarraffas). I have other credentials such as: Logistics III, Business I & II, Health Services Assistant III, Forklift License, Blue Card, Yellow Card, White Card, First Aid Certified.I hope to bring my skills and passion to assist businesses to thrive and reach their goals!
